Solar4Good is a UK-based solar energy company with 15+ years of experience delivering top-quality solar installations for residential and commercial clients. We are expanding and looking for an experienced Solar PV Roofer to join our growing team on a full-time basis. Based in Leicester and willing to travel up to 100 miles, you will be responsible for installing solar panels on a variety of roof types, ensuring all work is carried out safely, professionally, and in line with UK building regulations. Role Responsibilities: - Install solar panels on pitched and flat roofs (tile, slate, metal), including in-roof and on-roof systems with Van der Valk kit installation - Carry out site surveys and produce detailed survey reports - Perform DC cable runs in conduits for electricians - Work safely at heights using ladders and scaffolding - Provide basic panel positioning layouts where required - Capture pre- and post-installation photos - Ensure the site is tidy and hazard-free at all times - Follow all UK safety and building regulations What We Offer: - Exceptional pay package: £50,000 - £55,000 per year - Training and upskilling opportunities - PPE and tools provided - Work on exciting projects in a supportive, growing team environment
