Phone Support Agent ā UK Solar (2+ Yrs Exp)
We are a UK-based solar installation company hiring a phone-based Customer Support Agent to work from our Boksburg office, handling post-installation enquiries from UK residential and commercial customers ā monitoring app issues, battery alerts, inverter faults and warranty claims. This is a full-time role working UK business hours (GMT/BST), paying R6,000 ā R8,000 per month. You will be the first voice our customers hear, so a confident phone manner and strong solar product knowledge are essential. Only apply if you have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a solar customer support / call desk role.
WordPress Full Stack Developer
About the Role We are looking for a skilled WordPress Full Stack Developer to build, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites across eCommerce, multilingual, and content-driven platforms. You will work on custom theme and plugin development, WooCommerce implementations, and ensure high performance and technical SEO standards. Key Responsibilities ā¢ Build and maintain WordPress websites from scratch, including custom themes and plugins ā¢ Develop and customize WooCommerce stores with payment gateways and product management ā¢ Implement ACF Pro, Elementor Pro, Divi, and other page builders ā¢ Optimize site performance, Core Web Vitals, and page load speeds ā¢ Handle technical SEO, Google Analytics, and Search Console integration ā¢ Work with REST APIs and third-party integrations ā¢ Debug and resolve production issues ā¢ Communicate directly with clients from kickoff through post-launch support ā¢ Contribute to Node.js backend services and Angular frontend projects as needed
